Amendment of section 35

Section 35 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “or port” in the 4th line and substituting the words “, port or airport”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “or vessel” in the 5th line and substituting the words “, vessel or aircraft”.
