Amendment of section 3

Section 3(1) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “any explosive” in paragraph (a), the words “or explosive precursor”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “explosives” in paragraph (e), the words “, or explosive precursors,”; and

(c)

by deleting the words “and explosives” in paragraph (h) and substituting the words “, explosives or explosive precursors”.
