Clause 38

Section 76 of the Banking Act is amended by deleting the words “Unless otherwise expressly provided, this Act shall not apply to —” in the 1st and 2nd lines and substituting the words “Nothing in this Act shall be construed so as to prevent any of the following persons from carrying on any activity or business for which he is registered or licensed under the following respective Act corresponding to that person:”.
