Amendment of section 48AA
Section 48AA of the Banking Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “materially affected adversely” in subsections (1) and (2) and substituting in each case the words “materially and adversely affected”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “materially affect adversely” in subsections (1) and (2) and substituting in each case the words “materially and adversely affect”.
