Amendment of section 64
Section 64 of the Banking Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (2), the following subsection:“(3) This section applies to or in relation to a merchant bank incorporated in Singapore as it applies to or in relation to a bank incorporated in Singapore.”.
