Amendment of section 96
Section 96 of the Bankruptcy Act is amended by deleting the words “Notwithstanding the acceptance and approval of a composition or scheme, such composition or scheme” in the 1st and 2nd lines and substituting the words “A composition or scheme accepted under section 95”.
