Clause 2

Amendment of section 28

Section 28 of the Sale of Food and Drugs Ordinance is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “five hundred” appearing in the first line of paragraph (l\) of subsection (1) thereof and substituting therefor the words “one thousand”; and

(b)

by deleting subsection (3) thereof and substituting therefor the following: —“(3) All regulations made under this Ordinance shall be published in the Gazette and shall be presented to the Legislative Assembly as soon as may be after publication.”.
