This Ordinance may be cited as the Sale of Food and Drugs (Amendment) Ordinance, 1964.

Short title
This Ordinance may be cited as the Sale of Food and Drugs (Amendment) Ordinance, 1964.
Amendment of section 28
Section 28 of the Sale of Food and Drugs Ordinance is hereby amended —
by deleting the words “five hundred” appearing in the first line of paragraph (l\) of subsection (1) thereof and substituting therefor the words “one thousand”; and
by deleting subsection (3) thereof and substituting therefor the following: —“(3) All regulations made under this Ordinance shall be published in the Gazette and shall be presented to the Legislative Assembly as soon as may be after publication.”.
