Clause 2
Amendment of section 7
Subsection (1) of section 7 of the Singapore Asian Seamen’s Club Incorporation Ordinance is hereby deleted and the following substituted therefor: —“(1) The Committee shall consist of —
(a)
a Chairman;
(b)
four persons representing shipowners;
(c)
four persons representing seafarers; and
(d)
three other members,all of whom shall be appointed by the Minister.”.
