Amendment of section 5

Section 5 of the Control of Imports and Exports Ordinance (Cap. 214) is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting the colon appearing at the end of paragraph (b) thereof and substituting therefor a full-stop; and

(b)

by deleting the proviso thereto.
