Short title
This Act may be cited as the Control of Imports and Exports (Amendment) Act, 1967.
Amendment of section 5
Section 5 of the Control of Imports and Exports Ordinance (Cap. 214) is hereby amended —
by deleting the colon appearing at the end of paragraph (b) thereof and substituting therefor a full-stop; and
by deleting the proviso thereto.
