Clause 2

Subsection (3) of section 7 of the Customs (Dumping and Subsidies) Ordinance, 1962 (hereinafter in this Act referred to as “the Ordinance”) is hereby deleted and the following substituted therefor: —“(3) Any order made under this section shall be published in the Gazette and shall be presented to Parliament as soon as may be after publication.”.
