Short title
This Act may be cited as the Customs (Dumping and Subsidies) (Amendment) Act, 1969.

Short title
This Act may be cited as the Customs (Dumping and Subsidies) (Amendment) Act, 1969.
Amendment of section 7
Subsection (3) of section 7 of the Customs (Dumping and Subsidies) Ordinance, 1962 (hereinafter in this Act referred to as “the Ordinance”) is hereby deleted and the following substituted therefor: —“(3) Any order made under this section shall be published in the Gazette and shall be presented to Parliament as soon as may be after publication.”.
Amendment of section 14
Section 14 of the Ordinance is hereby amended —
by renumbering the existing section as subsection (1); and
by inserting immediately thereafter the following new subsection: —“(2) All regulations made under this section shall be published in the Gazette and shall be presented to Parliament as soon as may be after publication.”.
Miscellaneous amendments
The following provisions of the Ordinance are hereby amended by deleting the words “Yang di-Pertuan Negara” wherever they appear therein and substituting therefor in each case the word “Minister”: —Sections 7(1), 7(2), 8(2) and 9(1).
