Amendment of section 16

Section 16 of the Economic Development Board Act is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting paragraphs (p) and (q) of subsection (1) thereof; and

(b)

by re-lettering paragraphs (r), (s) and (t) of subsection (1) thereof as paragraphs (p), (q) and (r) respectively.
