Clause 2

Section 33 of the Hire-Purchase Act is amended by deleting paragraph (c) and substituting the following: —“(c)the hirer is required to pay interest on any overdue instalment at a rate per annum exceeding that prescribed by the Minister by notification in the Gazette;”.
