Clause 2

Amendment of section 2

Section 2 of the Dentists Registration Act (hereinafter in this Act referred to as the principal Act) is amended —

(a)

by deleting paragraph (a) of subsection (1) and substituting the following: —“(a)the Deputy Director of Medical Services (Dental);”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “Assistant Director of Medical Services (Dental)” in subsection (3) and substituting the words “Deputy Director of Medical Services (Dental)”.
