Amendment of section 12

Section 12 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “first day of November” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “last day of October”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “month of December” in subsection (5) and substituting the words “months of November and December”.
