Clause 36

The National Library Act [Cap. 197] and the Printers and Publishers Act [Cap. 246] are repealed.

Any scheme, contract, document, certificate, licence, permission or resolution prepared, made, granted or approved under the repealed National Library Act shall, so far as it is not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, continue and be deemed to have been prepared, made, granted or approved under this Act.
