Supply from Development Fund
(1)
The total moneys hereby authorised to be issued from the Development Fund for the period from 1st April 2012 to 31st March 2013 shall be a sum not exceeding $19,978,889,500.
(2)
The moneys referred to in subsection (1) are hereby appropriated for development purposes under the several Heads of Expenditure specified in the Schedule.
