Amendment of Employment Act

The Employment Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “plaintiffs” in the following provision and substituting the word “claimants”:Section 125(4); and

(b)

by deleting the word “leave” wherever it appears in the following provision and substituting in each case the word “permission”:Section 126C(7).
