Amendment of Employment Claims Act 2016

The Employment Claims Act 2016 is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the word “execution” wherever it appears in the following provisions, the words “or enforcement”:Section 7(3)(a)Section 17(4)Section 24(1) to (4) and section headingSection 26(b)Section 33(1)(a)(i)(G); and

(b)

by deleting the word “leave” in the following provisions and substituting in each case the word “permission”:Section 23(2), (3) and (4)(a)Section 24(4)(a)Section 33(1)(a)(i)(F).
