Clause 128

Amendment of Gas Act

The Gas Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “leave” in the following provisions and substituting in each case the word “permission”:Section 32(9)Section 32A(5);

(b)

by deleting the words “execute or” in the following provision:Section 34(6)(d);

(c)

by deleting the words “in execution under process” in the following provision and substituting the words “under or pursuant to an enforcement order”:Section 43(b); and

(d)

by deleting the word “plaintiff” in the following provision and substituting the word “claimant”:Section 101(7).
