Amendment of High Court (Admiralty Jurisdiction) Act

The High Court (Admiralty Jurisdiction) Act is amended by deleting the word “plaintiff” wherever it appears in the following provisions and substituting in each case the word “claimant”:Section 5(2) and (3).
