Clause 154

Amendment of Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act

The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “in execution under process” in the following provision and substituting the words “under or pursuant to an enforcement order”:Section 108; and

(b)

by deleting the words “attachment of” in the following provision and substituting the words “enforcement against”:Section 108 (section heading).
