Amendment of Property Tax Act

The Property Tax Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “writ of summons” in the following provision and substituting the words “originating claim”:Section 38A(1); and

(b)

by deleting the words “process of execution” in the following provision and substituting the words “enforcement order”:Section 39(6).
