Clause 190

Amendment of Railways Act

The Railways Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the word “taken” wherever it appears in the following provision, the words “under or pursuant to an enforcement order or”:Section 33(1);

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “execution” in the following provision, the words “or enforcement”:Section 33(2) and section heading; and

(c)

by deleting the word “plaintiff” in the following provision and substituting the word “claimant”:Section 43(1).
