Amendment of Telecommunications Act

The Telecommunications Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “in execution” in the following provision and substituting the words “under or pursuant to an enforcement order”:Section 25(1);

(b)

by deleting the word “leave” in the following provisions and substituting in each case the word “permission”:Section 29(8)Section 33(7)Section 47(5)Section 49(5); and

(c)

by deleting the words “execute or” in the following provision:Section 32L(1)(e).
