Amendment of section 46

Section 46(3) of the Family Justice Act 2014 is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (o); and

(b)

by deleting the full‑stop at the end of paragraph (p) and substituting a semi‑colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(q)prescribing anything that is required or permitted under this Act to be prescribed by the Family Justice Rules.”.
