Amendment of section 15

Section 15 of the State Courts Act is amended —

(a)

by renumbering the section as subsection (1) of that section, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following subsection:“(2) The registrar may engage any auxiliary police officer appointed under the Police Force Act, any security agency, a provider of transport and of warehousing, a valuer, an estate agent, a broker, a solicitor or any other appropriate person to assist the bailiffs in the discharge of the bailiffs’ duties.”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “officers” in the section heading, the word “, etc.”.
