Clause 54

Amendment of section 13

Section 13 of the Supreme Court of Judicature Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “a writ, to be called a writ of seizure and sale” and substituting the words “an enforcement order for seizure and sale of property”; and

(b)

by deleting the section heading and substituting the following section heading:“Enforcement orders for seizure and sale of property”.
