Clause 99

Amendment of Community Mediation Centres Act

The Community Mediation Centres Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “a subpoena” in the following provision and substituting in each case the words “an order”:Section 18(1)(a) and (b); and

(b)

by deleting the word “Subpoena” in the following provision and substituting the words “Order to attend court or order to produce documents”:Section 18 (section heading).
