Amendment of section 43C

Section 43C(1) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “on or after 1 September 2019” in the second column of the table in paragraph (c) and substituting the words “between 1 September 2019 and 31 August 2021 (both dates inclusive)”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “on or after 1 September 2016” in the second column of the table in paragraph (c) and substituting the words “between 1 September 2016 and 31 August 2021 (both dates inclusive)”.
