Regulation 14
Notice to enter land to conduct survey
Where a notice has been given to an occupier of any land under section 12(2) of the Act, the registered surveyor must submit a copy of the notice to the Chief Surveyor at least 3 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) prior to the date of entry on the land.
