Regulation 3
Registered surveyor to be familiar with related legislation
Subregulation 1
Every registered surveyor must be familiar with —
(a)
the Act and any rules made under the Act; and
(b)
the Acts specified in the Schedule and any subsidiary legislation made under them.
Subregulation 2
Every registered surveyor must be familiar with, and must comply with, all the directives and circulars issued by the Chief Surveyor from time to time.
