Regulation 38

A survey document and a certified plan deposited with the Authority under section 14 of the Act must be accompanied by a certificate signed by the registered surveyor who conducted the survey as follows: “I, .........................................................................., a surveyor registered under the Land Surveyors Act 1991, certify that this document has been prepared by me or under my immediate supervision, in accordance with the Boundaries and Survey Maps (Conduct of Cadastral Surveys) Rules 2005.
