Clause 14

Section 20(1) of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words “no building or part of a building where any building works have been carried out, shall be occupied in any way” in the first, second and third lines and substituting the words “no person shall occupy, or permit or cause to be occupied, any building or any part thereof where any building works have been carried out”.
