Amendment of section 22
In the Building Control Act 1989 (called in this Act the principal Act), in section 22 —
(a)
in subsection (1)(f), replace “section 22FG” with “section 22FC”; and
(b)
in subsection (2A), replace “section 22FI” with “section 22FD”.
