Regulation 31
The application fee mentioned in regulation 30(3)(c) is —
(a)
if the application relates to 10 or fewer escalators or lifts or both — $20 × A, where A is the number of escalators or lifts or both;
(b)
if the application relates to more than 10 escalators or lifts or both — $200 + ($10 × B), where B is the number of escalators or lifts or both in excess of 10; or
(c)
in any other case — Nil.
