Appeals
Subregulation 1
Where an application made under —
regulation 9(1) or 14(2) relating to any fixed installation works; or
regulation 45(1) for any modification or waiver of the requirements of these Regulations in relation to any particular fixed installation or fixed installation works,is refused, or is granted by the Commissioner of Building Control subject to terms and conditions, the applicant may, if aggrieved by the decision of the Commissioner of Building Control, appeal in accordance with section 22 of the Act.
Subregulation 2
A person who intends to appeal against a notice to maintain in respect of a fixed installation served under section 25E(4) of the Act may file an appeal in accordance with regulation 44A of the Building Control Regulations 2003.
