Transitional provision — mechanised car parking system
Parts 3 and 4 do not apply for a period of 3 years starting on 1 October 2025 (or such longer period as the Commissioner of Building Control may specify) to a mechanised car parking system if the mechanised car parking system —
(a)
was in operation immediately before that date; and
(b)
does not undergo any major alteration or replacement works during that period.
