Regulation 18
Service of notices on multiple owners
Where 2 or more persons are joint owners of a building, any notice permitted or required by these Regulations to be given to the owners of such a building for the purposes of Part 5 of the Act is taken to be given when the last owner is taken under section 42 of the Act to be sufficiently served the notice.
