No refund of fees
There is no refund of any fees paid to the Commissioner of Building Control in respect of a permit under these Regulations in the case where —
(a)
the application is withdrawn at any time or refused;
(b)
the preliminary approval or the permit has lapsed or has been revoked; (c)the building works authorised by the preliminary approval were not carried out or were not completed; or
(d)
the temporary building is not used for the entire period specified in the permit.
