Amendment of section 125
Section 125(5) of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately before the definition of “officer”, the following definition:“ “body corporate” includes a limited liability partnership;”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “member of a committee” in paragraph (b) of the definition of “officer”, the words “and includes any person purporting to act in any such capacity”.
