Clause 100

Allowances

A member of a panel who is a member of a Board for the purposes of hearing a dispute or matter may, in respect of each day on which the Board is engaged in mediating or arbitrating the dispute or matter, be paid such allowances as may be prescribed by regulations made under this Act.
