Enforcement and penalty for contravention of orders
(1)
Any order (including an interim order) made under this Part or the Land Titles (Strata) Act may, by leave of a District Court, be enforced against the person in the same manner as a judgment of that court, and where leave is so given, judgment may be entered in terms of that order.
(2)
A person who contravenes any order (including an interim order) made under this Part or the Land Titles (Strata) Act to do or refrain from doing a specified act shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years or to both.
(3)
A document purporting to be a copy of an order (including an interim order) made under this Part or the Land Titles (Strata) Act shall be admissible in evidence and shall, until the contrary is proved, be deemed to be an order made by the Board.
