Clause 95

Board has no jurisdiction regarding title to land

Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Part, a Board shall not have jurisdiction under this Part in any case in which the title to land is in question otherwise than for the purpose of determining any matter before the Board, as the case may be, and any determination made by the Board shall not have any force or effect except as provided by this Act.
