Amendment of section 2

Section 2 of the Business Registration Act (referred to in this Act as the principal Act) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “rules” in the definition of “register” in subsection (1) and substituting the word “regulations”; and (b)by inserting, immediately after the words “doing of” in the last line of subsection (3), the words “or omission to do”.
