Clause 53

by deleting the words “referred to” in subsections (3) and (8)(a) and (b) and substituting in each case the word “mentioned”;

by inserting, immediately after the word “Where” in subsection (10), the words “the Authority or”;

by deleting the words “subsection (1) or (2)” in subsection (10) and substituting the words “subsection (1)(b) or (2)(b)”; and

by deleting the words “that person” in subsection (10) and substituting the words “the Authority or that person (as the case may be)”.
