Clause 58
(1)
Section 113 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “Schedule” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “First, Second or Third Schedule”; and
(b)
by deleting the word “Schedule” in the section heading and substituting the word “Schedules”.
(2)
Section 113(1) of the principal Act, as amended by subsection (1)(a), is further amended by deleting the words “or Third Schedule” and substituting the words “, Third or Fourth Schedule”.
