Definitions
In this Order —“relevant business facility” means the business facility at 6 Meranti View, Singapore 627600;“SLNG” means Singapore LNG Corporation Pte. Ltd. (UEN 200911659N);“trigger year” means the trigger year as referred to in section 7(1) of the Act.
